Get primary owner details

/v1/merchants/{merchantId}/owner-detailsReturns the merchant's primary owner: name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, ownership percentage and home address. owner_details is null when the merchant has no primary owner on file. The merchant must belong to your reseller, otherwise 404.
